Dr. S.C.Khattoi, Managing Director: He has got a very rich engineering experience of 37 years. He is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from NIT, Rourkela, M Tech from IIT, Kharagpur & has done his Ph D. from IIT Kharagpur on composite Pellet & it’s reduction through different Process. He has started his career in Mecon as Design Engineer then also worked for IOCL in Design Section. He is one of the founder member of first Commercial Sponge Iron Plant in India, that is Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel Limited, Keonjhar, Odisha. Under his direct supervision number of DRI Plants, Mini Steel Plants, Power Plants, Iron Ore Crushing, Sizing, Beneficiation & Pelletisation Plant were designed & Erected. He is a recognized Valuer & Loss Assessor.

Mr.P.K.Pattnaik, Director : He is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with rich experience of 27 years in Project Management and Maintenance of Plants like DRI, CPP, Mini Steel Plants, Raw material Crushing, Screening and Beneficiation Plant. He is also authorized by Govt. of Odisha for testing of Pressure Vessels, Lifting Tools and Tackles and Cranes. Under his direct Supervision ten numbers of Projects were commissioned. He has worked for Bird Group, OSIL and Sriram EPC in Mechanical Maintenance and Project Execution Division. He is a Chartered Engineer.

Mr. S.K.Mohanty, Process Consultant: He is a Post Graduate in Science with a Plant operating experience of 30 years in DRI, Mini Steel Plant and Food Processing Plant. He has worked for OSIL, Billati Orissa Ltd and Orissa Steel Works, Keonjhar. Under his direct supervision DRI Plants of Lloyd Metals, Usha Martin, Rathi Udyog and Patnaik Steels were commissioned.
